Sometimes the French have taste. There is no doubting it. One of the key times they got it right was when they put John Dummer's Nine by Nine to number one in their singles chart. It's a great record that cuts through the horrible traffic I have to endure on my walk to work and is, as such, highly recommended MP3 player listening. John apparently now lives in the South of France where he sells stuff at markets at the weekend. What a life.
